FinTech Application
Launched as a modern alternative to traditional legacy services like Western Union, MONI (ex Monisnap) empowers diasporas worldwide to send money and make mobile top-ups to their families back home seamlessly. With millions of secure transfers processed to date, the platform removes friction to offer a fast, reliable, and user-friendly digital experience.
For 4 years, I worked as a Front-End Developer in the engineering team. My main focus was on building and maintaining user interfaces across three platforms: the transactional webapp and two marketing websites. I spent my time implementing UI designs, working on a global rebranding, and writing end-to-end tests.
Application & Interfaces
Core Webapp & Marketing Sites
Developed the main transactional application (webapp.monisnap.com) and two high-traffic marketing platforms (monisnap.com, allo.monisnap.com) using Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
Rebranding Integration
Deployed the new visual identity across all platforms, translating Figma mockups into fluid, responsive, and pixel-perfect UI components.
Design System
Built, updated, and documented reusable components on Storybook to bridge the gap between design specs and frontend implementation.

Features & Testing
MONI+ Subscription
Developed the user interface, paywall modals, and checkout steps for MONI+, a subscription feature allowing users to make money transfers without individual fees.
Analytics & Tracking
Integrated Google Tag Manager tracking events and built frontend smoke screens to help product teams test and validate feature interest.
End-to-End Testing
Engineered automated test suites using Playwright and Cypress to secure critical transactional workflows and prevent UI regressions.
